Cooking Class - Flavors of the Mediterranean Coast

What You’ll Do

Let Chef Jenny guide you on a trip through the cuisine of the Mediterranean coast.

Mediterranean cuisine lends itself well to a foundation of fresh, flavorful ingredients, and Chef Jenny is an expert in unlocking their full potential and will show you how to maximize the natural goodness of humble ingredients.

Begin your journey in Spain with gambas al ajillo. Then, venture to Lebanon for a refreshing fattoush salad with toasted pita and sumac vinaigrette. Next, to Greece for a zesty lemon-marinated chicken with a sweet, spicy tomato jam. The last stop will be in Israel for traditional couscous with pine nuts and fresh herbs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had an amazing time with Chef Jenny! She was so knowledgeable, organized, welcoming, and fun! And the food was great! It was everything and more! My friends and I loved it and we were already talking about making pasta together later. I 100% recommend Chef Jenny! She's worth it :)

We had a great time on Friday. Chef Jenny was fabulous, a great hostess, and a great teacher. Not mention a great cook! We learned how to cook 4 different dishes, any one of which we would feel comfortable serving to guests of our own. I not only learned a recipe, but also it went deeper into the why's and how's. I am looking forward to the opportunity to do other classes with her.
