Cooking Class - Advanced Sushi Like a Samurai

What You’ll Do

Master the modern and traditional techniques of fresh, handmade sushi with Sensei Chef Adam.

Fusing modern and classic cooking techniques, Chef Adam provides hands-on exposure to basic and impressive skills that easily carry over to the daily home chef.

A few of these skills include preparing fresh salmon skin to bacon-like crispiness, learning the secret to gels—a quick and colorful garnish that adds a 3-D element to any plate needing a presentation elevation, and learning how to properly wield a propane torch with comfort and ease. A quick char or blister adds amazing depth of flavor that could change the whole meal's dynamic!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Adam's skills shine in his ability to prepare fantastic sushi with his own non-traditional twists. His menu choice stands out alongside his approachable and hands-on personality. His food was not only beautiful, but delicious as well! If you take Chef Adam's class I am certain you will leave with the necessary skills to impress your future guests.
