Chef Frances started her culinary career as the chef at Lalimes restaurant in Berkeley and also enjoyed teaching and cooking at Chateau Routas in Provence. More recently, she taught the professional culinary program at the renowned Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco for over 10 years. Chef Sasha met Chef Frances at Tante Marie's, where she led the professional pastry course after years of working at Bay Area restaurants and bakeries such as Bay Wolf, Garibaldiâ€™s and CafÃ© Rouge.

I gave this class as a gift to my daughter-in-law for her 30th Birthday. She loved it! The chefs were great teachers and the food was delicious. What a great gift!

I thought the class was great. I would've liked to watch the pork shoulder being made since that was the basis for all the other dishes we made, but I think the detailed instructions will be enough to help me through it. All the food was delicious and Frances and Sasha were great to work with.

My husband and I went to One Pork Roast: Five Dinners (or something like that title). We had so much fun! Each pair was assigned a dish and we all ate lunch together after everything was prepared. The event catered to people of all experience levels and the dishes were straightforward to prepare (so we will DEFINITELY make them all again with the recipes we got to take home). What was actually the best part were these quick kitchen "hacks" that I wouldn't have otherwise learned! Both Frances and Sasha were very helpful, engaged, patient, and supportive. We want to try taking some sort of pastry making class with them next!

Chefs Frances and Sasha offered a wonderful cooking experience. We deboned and roasted a whole leg of lamb, and then chefs showed us how to cook five completely different dishes out of it! Each of the five dishes was unique and very delicious. This class made my Sunday!
