Create four holiday cookie favorites from scratch in this seasonal cooking class in Canton.

Bake a holiday cookie collection worthy of sharing in this hands-on cooking class in Canton (Darien). Youâ€™ll prepare classic Linzer cookies, delicate dark chocolate hazelnut lace cookies, chewy coconut macaroons and warmly spiced ginger molasses cookies. Chef Rebecca or a resident chef will guide you through mixing, shaping and baking while showing you how different doughs and batters create distinct textures. This cooking class in Canton (Darien) gives you four festive recipes and plenty of practical baking techniques for your next cookie exchange.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.
