WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare a lineup of Japanese-inspired favorites together in this date night cooking class.
Share a hands-on evening filled with Japanese-inspired dishes in this date night cooking class. Begin by preparing a salmon crunch roll and developing your sushi rolling skills. Next, grill chicken yakitori and finish it with a yuzu and orange glaze before turning your attention to vegetable tempura. You’ll practice frying the vegetables until crisp and prepare dashi dipping sauce to serve alongside them. From sushi assembly to grilling and frying, the menu gives you and your partner several techniques to explore while enjoying a relaxed and interactive meal together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.
