Get ready to make a linguini and clams dish that is truly out of this world!
In this class, you will get your hands dirty, that is, by making your very own pasta dough from scratch- completely by hand! Chef Josh is ready to provide you with the skills necessary to make delectable homemade pasta in this partially hands on class. Watch and learn as you are shown how to roll the dough, use a pasta maker, and then cook your pasta to perfection.
Your linguini needs a little something, wouldn't you say? There is nothing quite like linguini with clams. Be amazed at how you can easily pick up the techniques Chef Josh will show you, so that you can recreate a luscious dish of linguini and clams with chorizo and tomatoes in your own kitchen. Be prepared for flavor that will knock your socks off. With a side of the best cheeses and aromatic warm bread, followed by scrumptious panna cotta for dessert, this meal will surely make you feel like you are in heaven!
