Begin your journey toward becoming a sushi sophisticate with Chef Mike!

There's no doubt that sushi has become increasingly popular worldwide and has remained a classic dish perfect for afternoon get-togethers and evenings out with friends. You have the opportunity to learn the tips and tricks to basic sushi making by preparing these authentic creations while also learning about the culture from which they emerged.

The class begins by forming nigiri made with Chef Mike's selection of seasonal fish, followed by a tantalizing spicy salmon roll. From there, you will craft a fresh vegetable roll and create your own unique rolls before rounding out your experience with a scrumptious dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
