Bring French bistro charm to the table in this inviting cooking class in Naples.
This cooking class in Naples is a good excuse to finally nail a proper French meal. Chef Uffe or a resident chef guides you through searing chicken breast with sauce fines herbes, herbed rice pilaf and a spinach salad with caramelized pears and goat cheese. You'll finish with chocolate mousse and pick up the folding technique that makes it work every time. Book your cooking class in Naples today!

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!

Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together. The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
