Learn to craft a complete Italian dinner from handmade pasta to tiramisù cups.

Master the art of Italian recipes from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Juan. From rolling fresh pasta to building a pesto cream sauce and assembling tiramisù cups, every dish in this session builds real, lasting kitchen skills.

 

The class opens with Burrata cheese crostini topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil before moving into the centerpiece – handmade tagliatelle pasta with chicken pesto cream sauce. The session closes with classic tiramisù cups layered with mascarpone, espresso and cocoa. Book your spot today and take home a complete Italian dinner repertoire.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
