Learn the foundational techniques of French bistro cooking in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Juan. From slow-caramelized onions to a perfectly seared steak and a silky chocolate mousse, this session covers the full range of classic French method in one focused, rewarding evening.

 

The class moves through a rich French onion soup gratinée with Gruyère and baguette, steak frites with homemade herb butter and a classic dark chocolate mousse to close. Each technique builds on the last, leaving you with a transferable set of French cooking skills. Book your spot today.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
