From ceviche technique to achieving crispy rice and building a perfectly balanced coconut curry, every step of this session is designed to expand your cooking repertoire with vibrant, approachable skills.

 

The class opens with a refreshing mango and avocado ceviche before moving into coconut curry shrimp with crispy jasmine rice – aromatic, layered and deeply satisfying. The session closes with tres leches cups for a sweet, celebratory finish. Book your spot today and bring the flavors of Latin coastal cuisine to your kitchen.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
