WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create coastal summer magic with plank salmon, fresh salad and herb focaccia.
This cooking class in Naples is your chance to celebrate bright seasonal flavors in a fun, hands-on setting. You'll cook cedar plank salmon topped with a rich blackberry sauce, then put together a golden beet and haricot vert salad for a fresh contrast. You'll also bake sweet onion and herb focaccia from scratch and finish things off with a dark cherry hazelnut sundae. Chef Uffe or a resident chef will guide you through techniques for balancing sweet and savory elements and making the most of fresh seasonal ingredients. This cooking class in Naples is perfect for anyone looking to expand their summer cooking skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!
