WHAT YOU’LL DO

Turn seasonal summer produce into three gorgeous tarts in one hands-on class.
Explore sweet and savory baking in this interactive cooking class in Columbus focused on seasonal tarts. With guidance from Chef Jennifer or a resident chef, you’ll make classic tart doughs and use them to prepare a fruit tart, an apricot almond tart and a freeform squash and ricotta tart. Along the way, you’ll learn practical techniques for working with pastry and balancing flavors. This cooking class in Columbus is a great way to expand your baking skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
