We made macarons! It was a a great experience. Although the macarons I made are not picture perfect, they turned out wonderful and tasted even better. It was fun to learn a new skill under the guidance of Chef Steve.

We cooked several things: pad thai, lemongrass infused jasmine rice, crispy thai shrimp with chili sauce and Pumpkin Curry soup. Easy to follow, got to engage in parts of cooking. It was a full class of 16 people. We were at tables of 4 and enjoyed working with the other 2 people at our table. The food was delicious and would make this for my monthly dinners with friends.

We enjoyed this class very much. It was less hands-on than we expected, but I understand now that 2 hours isn't enough time to make all three doughs, let them rise, and still bake them. Chef Sarah did demo the process though, so we got a chance to see yeast being bloomed and mixed in. We are definitely planning to check out more of these classes. Thank you!

Sugar cookies for Valentine's Day. A very fun and slightly competitive experience with the other half. Definitely learned a few techniques to apply to future. Instructor was very engaged and patient. Highly recommend the experience.

The chef was great (I would give him 5 stars). The dumplings were delish. I am disappointed that somehow information was not relayed to the chef that one of the participants in my group of 4 could not eat shrimp. He was unaware. This was not the chef's fault, but a failure somehow in communication between Cozymeal and the chef.
