WHAT YOU’LL DO
Make French dishes in this relaxed cooking class while practicing pastry and pan-roasting techniques.
Prepare a refined French meal in this interactive cooking class in Naples. With guidance from Chef Uffe or a resident chef, you’ll bake a savory tomato and goat cheese galette, cook salmon with Dijon crust and lemon vinaigrette and prepare herbed green beans. End with cherries jubilee and French vanilla ice cream. Book your cooking class in Naples today!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together. The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
