What You’ll Do

Making gourmet pizzas from scratch in your home kitchen is easy with Chef Greg.

In this class, you'll learn tricks of the trade to making gourmet pizzas from scratch, right in your own kitchen. Chef Greg brings professional culinary experience to this fun, hands-on course.

Students will learn how to mix, proof, and shape their own pizza dough to perfection before adding toppings and sauces. You'll learn how to make a classic margherita pizza with tomato, mozzarella and basil, and an amatriciana pie with juicy sausages, chilies and red onion. After cooking, students can sit back and enjoy a slice of both along with Chef Greg's recipe for kale caesar. After this class, you'll be prepared to make and design your own pizzas and compose a caesar salad.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
