WHAT YOU’LL DO
Chef Tomica teaches simple, seasonal recipes straight from an Italian country kitchen.
Savor the flavors of an Italian country kitchen in this class with Chef Tomica. Learn the basics of cooking fresh, Italian recipes under the guidance of a professional chef.
Chef Tomica begins her exploration of rustic cooking in the garden, with crisp pear and arugula salad drizzled with a dijon vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn the art of making a creamy, butternut squash risotto, and how to shape and bake a white pizza with juicy sausage and sweet onions. To complete your simple meal, Chef Tomica introduces you to affogato: A shot of espresso poured over melting ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I thoroughly enjoyed Chef Tomica’s class. She focused on flavor and traditional Caribbean techniques like marinating chicken and cooking rice to perfection! It was delicious, brunch-style comfort food.
