WHAT YOU’LL DO

Make homemade tacos from scratch with your family.
Bring your whole family into the kitchen in this hands-on cooking class in Santa Rosa. Work together to make marinated steak tacos with roasted tomatillo salsa, press and cook handmade tortillas and sauté corn with lime butter. Finish with tres leches cake topped with fresh fruit and cream. Chef Tina or a resident chef will guide each step in a fun, approachable way. This cooking class in Santa Rosa is perfect for families who enjoy cooking, learning and sharing a homemade meal together.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Hi - we have done cozy meal in the past. This time. we did not have chef Tina and it was not in her home as advertised. Our chef was great as was the menu, but our time was far too rushed for what we were cooking - both for him and for us. This was an expensive outing and an additional hour in the kitchen would have made the experience more enjoyable for all.

My husband and I had a wonderful time making pasta carbonara and chicken piccata with Chef Julie and her assistant Emily. I am sure we will schedule another class soon, we both really enjoyed it, learned a lot and had a great meal with leftovers to bring home.
