Chef Sean has always enjoyed cooking, from preparing meals with his parents growing up to working his way from dishwasher to line cook after graduating college. The chef took his talents to Napa in 2013 where he worked at Mayacama and completed his culinary degree at the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Sean, whose talents cover cake decorating, Italian cuisine, oysters and more, is the former executive chef of a food delivery startup.
