In this course you will learn how to make sumptuous seaside recipes like creamy lobster risotto and seafood antipasto. Guests will prepare fresh seafood, learn the building blocks of a good risotto, and discover how to make a perfectly balanced bruschetta. For dessert, enjoy a traditional affogato: Hot espresso and whipped cream over rich vanilla ice cream. Chef Bahr was so laid-back, knowledgeable and made the class so much fun (not to mention the food was delish)! I definitely want to go to another class, I would recommend this to anyone who loves food, wants to learn and likes to have a good time!
