WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore traditional French bistro cooking through hands-on practice.
Make it a cozy night out with this cooking class in Columbus inspired by timeless French favorites. Led by Chef Jennifer or a resident chef, you’ll prepare French onion soup, frisée salad with warm goat cheese and champagne-shallot vinaigrette and herb-marinated steak topped with Roquefort butter. You’ll learn real skills like timing courses, seasoning properly and finishing dishes with restaurant-style touches in this cooking class in Columbus. Finish with mixed berry clafoutis. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
