Enroll your teen in a cooking series that strengthens core kitchen habits.
Designed for ages 12 and older, this hands-on cooking series in Las Vegas gives teens four focused days to build the core techniques behind great cooking. Guided by Chef Brennan or a professional chef instructor, students will practice emulsions, sauce-making, knife skills, dumpling shaping and advanced baking and decorating. From eggs Benedict with hollandaise to dan dan noodles, dumplings and a fully decorated berry cake, this cooking series in Las Vegas helps teens gain confidence, precision and control in the kitchen.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
