WHAT YOU’LL DO
Cook a Japanese-inspired hibachi-style meal together in this hands-on cooking class.
Build confidence with hibachi-style cooking in this fun cooking class in Naples. Guided by Chef Uffe or a resident chef, you’ll make chicken teriyaki, shrimp and pork gyoza, a crisp ginger-dressed salad and ginger crème brûlée, plus a yuzu and mint soda to enjoy alongside the meal. You’ll gain practical skills while cooking a full, well-rounded menu. This cooking class in Naples is a great option for cooks who enjoy hands-on learning and bold flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!
