WHAT YOU’LL DO

Practice techniques for crispy, golden textures in this hands-on cooking class.
Cook bold South American flavors in this hands-on cooking class in OKC. Learn how to grill steak churrascaria style, prepare Brazilian-style collard greens and fry plantain chips served with citrus mojo. Finish with banana frita coated in cinnamon sugar. Chef Nathan or a resident chef will guide you through grilling, seasoning and frying techniques. This cooking class in OKC is perfect for anyone who wants to explore classic Brazilian dishes with practical instruction.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We actually had Chef Dylan and he was fantastic. The Chicken Gratin was delicous and we are eager to get the recipies to try at home.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
