WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn essential chocolate dessert skills in this hands-on cooking class in Jacksonville. Make a smooth chocolate tart, dip and decorate chocolate truffles and bake triple chocolate brownies with the ideal texture. Chef Samuel or a resident chef will guide you through melting, mixing and assembling each dessert. This cooking class in Jacksonville is perfect for anyone who wants reliable, practical experience working with chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
