As people increasingly adopt healthier lifestyles, it sometimes becomes a challenge to prepare meals that suit a variety of culinary preferences while maintaining the utmost in flavor. Chef George invites you to join him in creating a delectable selection of dishes in a class that is both welcoming and free from intimidation.

The class begins with nutritious goat cheese stuffed dates with luscious maple chile glaze, followed by fresh grilled vegetables with chimichurri sauce. Continue with succulent coconut red curry mussels. Your experience concludes with flavorful cardamom poached pears. With your new culinary skills, you can delight friends and family again and again.

Chef George or his resident chef will be hosting this class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class, a $10 corkage fee will be applied on-site.

Working in small restaurants and catering operations throughout his career, Chef George mostly enjoys spending time in his own kitchen working on family recipes, handed down from generation to generation. With a deep love of foods and techniques from all over the world, sharing his craft with others is a lifelong passion.
