Give your roast turkey recipe a rest this year, and try an Italian-style holiday dinner. Focusing on polenta, cod and lamb, this three-course menu is traditional and elegant. Chef Zenaidy will also show you how to make a light amarettini cream with berries to end on a refreshingly sweet note.

Chef Zenaidy is a world traveler and that is reflected in the fusion of styles and ingredients that her menus encompass. She grew up in Brazil where she started cooking at age eleven. She has lived on three continents where she focused on developing her culinary skills. This has given her a wide range of styles to draw from in her recipes. She especially loves teaching her students how to cook her interpretation of Italian and Brazilian cuisine.

Chef Zenaidy is the best! She is so fun and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic, but most importantly, we learned so much! Very hands-on instruction and Chef Zenaidy makes you feel like you really can make everything on your own at home. Best part is that she speaks Italian, so we truly felt like we were with family.
