Indulge your sweet tooth in this decadent chocolate-themed cooking class in Raleigh. Begin with delicate chocolate crêpes filled with berries and mascarpone cream, then craft a rich chocolate pot de crème that’s smooth and indulgent. Finish with a flourless chocolate torte topped with fresh whipped cream. With guidance from Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll master simple techniques that bring out the best in chocolate. This cooking class in Raleigh is perfect for dessert lovers, date nights or a fun outing with friends. Come ready to whisk, taste and celebrate all things chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
