In this three-course menu, Chef Zenaidy will demonstrate the basics to Italian cooking. Begin with an avocado mousse with scallops, continue with farro topped with seared beef, and end with a classic panna cotta for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Zenaidy is a world traveler and that is reflected in the fusion of styles and ingredients that her menus encompass. She grew up in Brazil where she started cooking at age eleven. She has lived on three continents where she focused on developing her culinary skills. This has given her a wide range of styles to draw from in her recipes. She especially loves teaching her students how to cook her interpretation of Italian and Brazilian cuisine.

Had a blast taking this class. Chef Zenaidy was very welcoming and friendly when she teaching us. The meals we made were delicious and very easy to prepare, my favorite being the avocado cream soup. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and take again.

Chef Zenaidy was a wonderful hostess and she is an amazing chef. My group and I had a wonderful experience and we will definitely return. We learned to cook a new dish and had a wonderful bonding experience. I recommend this experience to everyone.

I was impressed right from the start with her warm greeting, bright smile, and excitement to show us her magnificent meals. The food was exceptional and I never thought going into the night I would learn so many new tips from Chef Zenaidy.??‍? I can’t wait to bang out that panna cotta recipe for my friends sometime! My fiancé and I would highly recommend this cozymeal experice with Zenaidy! We won’t forget it!
