Spark their creativity with a sweet menu featuring naankhati cookies, sweet dosas and chocolatey lassis.

Get ready for a fun adventure in this hands-on Indian cooking class made for young chefs. Led by a Chef Rajeswari, kids create easy-to-follow recipes, including ghee naankhati cookies, sweet banana dosas topped with jaggery syrup and chocolatey lassis.

Kids will mix, shape and bake traditional Indian shortbreads, then get creative as they decorate the cookies with sprinkles and homemade drizzles. Then, they’ll whip up fluffy banana dosas topped with golden jaggery syrup, followed by blending a creamy, chocolatey lassi. With plenty of laughter, this class builds kitchen confidence while introducing exciting new flavors.

This is a fully hands-on class. Cooking will take place at a individual station for each guest.

Chef Raaje was so welcoming and a pleasure to have as an instructor. The class and recipe was very easy to follow even as a beginner. She is mindful of your spice tolerance and everything came out so delicious! I would definitely recommend her class to anyone who has an interest in learning how to cook Indian cuisine.

From chopping and mixing to sautéing, frying, and tasting, my two teenage boys had an absolute blast—every step of the cooking class was filled with fun and laughter. Chef Rajeswari was incredibly warm and welcoming; it felt like we’d known her for years! This was truly one of the best family experiences I’ve had with my teens in a long time. And the highlight? Chicken 65—my absolute favorite! It is a MUST-try!

We had such a fun experience with Chef Rajeswari yesterday. She warmly welcomed us into her home and shared her knowledge, tips and techniques for preparing authentic, delicious Indian food. Although we cook regularly, we had little experience with this cuisine outside of a restaurant setting. ‘Raaje’ teaches in such an engaging way, using recipes that will be easily transferred to our home kitchen. We learned a lot and were rewarded with our tasty meal at the end! We highly recommend taking a class with Chef Raaje. It was lovely.
