WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cook your way through fall with elegant French inspiration.
Master the art of French bistro cooking in this hands-on cooking class in Jacksonville. With guidance from Chef Samuel or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll sear cast iron steak and create a rich red wine sauce, then prepare creamy truffle mashed potatoes and a crisp endive and radicchio salad with champagne vinaigrette. For dessert, you’ll make a warm pear tarte Tatin from scratch. This cooking experience in Jacksonville is a great way to sharpen your skills and enjoy an elegant meal!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
