Introduce something new to your dinner and surprise loved ones with a feast fit for the European Union. Drawing on her Italian heritage and international experiences as a diplomat’s wife, Chef Elisabetta expertly seasons her cooking and entertaining with influences from Europe.

Based on the original foundation of an American turkey dinner, Chef Elisabetta adds a twist to the familiar turkey, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, sides and pumpkin pie. Elisabetta will show you how to dress up those old favorites with exotic touches and share some secrets on how to host a magical dinner party.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I was born and raised in Rome. My Father is from Naples and my Mom from Tuscany, both known for excellent cuisine. I've travelled and lived in many countries as a diplomat’s wife. Exposed to cultures and languages, I acquired a flair for sophisticated, international entertaining. While appreciation of the food is key for a successful party, there is also a magic element in entertaining – it’s the soul, the spirit, something indefinable you can only provide with perfect food.

Chef Elisabetta is such a sweet person and amazing chef! The meal was delicious, perfect for my anniversary dinner (my favorite was the handmade pasta) and she generously accommodated to my timing preference. Would definitely recommend booking her for your next event!

This was my first experience with Cozymeal and it was fabulous in every way. My reason for attending was to learn new recipes, new techniques, try amazing food, and meet new people. Chef Elisabetta and my fellow chef-wannabes exceeded my expectations in every way. Chef Elisabetta was a joy to learn from and her menu of Gnocchi, Chicken Piccata, Roasted Vegetables, and Tiramisu was fun to make and very very tasty. The atmosphere, her home/kitchen is the best way to take a cooking class, hats off to Cozymeal for making this happen.
