WHAT YOU’LL DO

Delight in French Quarter-inspired recipes with a fiery finish.
Experience the taste of the French Quarter in this festive cooking class in Raleigh. Led by Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll prepare shrimp étouffée with a deep, savory roux, red beans with andouille sausage and crisp hushpuppies with honey butter. To wrap things up, flambé bananas for a fiery bananas foster finale. Whether you're a Southern food lover or a curious cook, this New Orleans-inspired cooking experience in Raleigh will spice up your evening with bold flavors and fun techniques!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
