WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft iconic dishes inspired by Bangkok’s bustling food stalls.
Spend a flavor-filled afternoon getting inspired by bold Thai cuisine in this delicious cooking class. A highly skilled chef will teach you the secrets behind street-food favorites, from crispy corn and lime fritters to classic pad Thai with all the fixings and rich Panang coconut curry with tantalizing shrimp. At the end, you'll finish on a sweet note with mango sticky rice, bringing additional tropical flair to your plate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together. The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
