Bake cozy fall-inspired desserts with expert guidance.
Savor the warmth of fall baking ahead of the season in this practical chef-led cooking class. You’ll whip up caramel apple tartlets that are irresistibly flaky, rich chocolate brownies with a cranberry twist and a velvety maple pot de crème pudding that captures fall in every spoonful. With expert tips and plenty of tasting along the way, this sweet session is the perfect way to welcome fall.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together. The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
