WHAT YOU’LL DO

Give your culinary skills a gourmet edge with these essential dishes.
Whether it's adding shaved fennel and dill to tender salmon, incorporating herbs into roasted potatoes, topping braised leeks with fresh vinaigrette or baking delicious handmade crepes, every technique in this informative cooking class leads you to gourmet proficiency. With a top-level local chef as your guide, you'll have no trouble cooking in fine French style.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
