WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master handmade pappardelle with Bolognese sauce and a fruity olive oil polenta cake.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll prepare a warm, flavor-packed menu that brings timeless Italian favorites to your table. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll knead, roll and cut homemade pasta dough into wide pappardelle noodles and serve it with slow-simmered Bolognese sauce. Roast broccoli until caramelized and top with shaved Parmesan cheese and tangy Caesar dressing. For dessert, bake a traditional olive oil polenta cake served with soft whipped cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
