WHAT YOU’LL DO

Harness stand mixer power to achieve perfectly smooth macaron shells with silky consistency.
You'll master the delicate art of French macarons in this precision cooking class using your stand mixer to achieve perfect meringue consistency. You'll create vanilla macaron shells with an expert smoothness, then craft rich blackberry buttercream and decadent hazelnut-chocolate ganache fillings that complement the delicate cookie texture perfectly. Register now and finally conquer the macaron technique that has intimidated home bakers for generations.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
