WHAT YOU’LL DO

Travel Thailand by taste with sizzling fritters, curry, noodles and mango sticky rice.
Explore the dynamic flavors of Thailand in this hands-on cooking class. Led by an expert chef, you’ll learn to pan-fry crisp corn fritters with lime, balance sweet and sour in authentic pad Thai and simmer succulent shrimp in creamy panang coconut curry. End this fun culinary experience with a tropical favorite: mango sticky rice. You’ll build key skills in Thai flavor layering and heat control.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
