WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enhance your baking skills with three sweet and savory breads, plus compound butter.
Explore the art of bread baking in this hands-on cooking class that features three sweet and savory recipes – raspberry Danish focaccia, rustic French bread and Italian breadsticks (grissini). Guided by a gourmet pastry chef, you’ll master essential bread-making techniques, including dough hydration, proofing and shaping. Learn how to score and develop the perfect crust with steam. You’ll leave with the skills to bake fresh bread at home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
