WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare a late summer menu rich in culinary technique and rustic Italian flavors.
Build a stunning seasonal meal from skillet to dessert in this hands-on cooking class. Led by an expert chef, this late summer menu features pan-roasted pork chops drizzled with salsa verde and creamy mushroom risotto. You’ll sauté broccoli rabe with nutty accents and then bake a rustic spiced apple crostata with a flaky crust for dessert. With perfect timing, precision knife work and pastry finesse, you’ll savor this Italian-inspired feast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
