Get cozy with a classic German menu featuring schnitzel, spätzle and an apple-spiced dessert.
This hands-on cooking class for couples delivers warm flavors and fun with classic German comfort food. Led by a top-level chef, you’ll learn to bread and fry crispy pork schnitzel, hand-cut spätzle dressed in nutty brown butter and toss together a bright apple-fennel salad. For dessert, get cozy with a spiced apple cake baked to perfection. It’s a night to remember with authentic recipes you’ll crave again.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.
