WHAT YOU’LL DO

Recreate a Downton-worthy menu full of grandeur and refined culinary technique with this movie-inspired meal.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll travel back to the grand dining halls of Downton Abbey with this elegant, multi-course experience. Guided by a skilled chef, you’ll prepare seared scallops in a champagne beurre blanc with green beans almondine and an airy pommes Dauphine. For a grand dessert, master the show-stopping île flottante with meringue islands floating in crème Anglaise. Learn the techniques behind French sauces and Highclere Castle-worthy dishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
