WHAT YOU’LL DO

Whip up authentic French cuisine that's refined, approachable and très délicieux.
Make your next dinner party one to remember after taking this hands-on cooking class featuring timeless French cuisine. Guided by a world-class chef, you’ll learn how to prepare delicate salmon infused with fennel and dill, alongside golden roasted potatoes and braised leeks finished with a piquant tarragon-mustard vinaigrette. To finish, you'll craft an irresistible Parisian treat: classic chocolate crêpes topped with cloudy Chantilly cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
