WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to cook some classic French dishes in this cooking class.
Level up your cooking skills by joining this French cooking class led by a five-star chef. In this class, you'll learn how to make a classic salmon en papillote with shaved fennel. Practice roasting potatoes with aromatic herbs and braise leeks with a tarragon mustard vinaigrette. Dessert is decadent chocolate crêpes with a rich Chantilly cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
