WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cook with French flavors in this interactive cooking class.
Learn how to cook some classic French dishes in this hands-on cooking class led by a top-rated chef. Start the class by pan-roasting chicken in fine aromatic herbs and a rich whole-grain mustard sauce. Learn how to fry mashed potato balls and prepare green beans with zesty lemon, herbs and capers. Dessert is a sweet French vanilla crème brûlée.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
