This allergy-friendly cooking lesson teaches essential knife skills with four delicious recipes.
In this hands-on cooking class, kids build confidence in the kitchen while learning essential knife skills and preparing delicious, safe dishes. All recipes are free from gluten, dairy, soy and nuts — perfect for kids with dietary restrictions who love to cook and explore bold flavors.
With guidance from a skilled chef, young cooks chop, slice and dice their way to a colorful mango salsa, perfect for topping a savory baked rice dish. They'll also whip up a dairy-free crema to complete the meal. For dessert, kids will craft crunchy chocolate crispies using allergy-safe ingredients.
This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
