Cooking Class - Fresh Flavors: Teen Culinary Camp

What You'll Do

Throughout four days, teens cook and bake gourmet menus with sweet and savory dishes.

Encourage your teen’s love for cooking with this four-day cooking class series focused on fresh ingredients, kid-approved recipes and hands-on techniques. Teens 12 and older will learn to prepare homemade pasta, simmer seasonal sauces, decorate decadent desserts and more. With guidance from a top-level chef, students will develop essential kitchen skills, handle knives safely and experiment with international flavor combinations in a supportive, fun atmosphere.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was our first Cozymeal class — and it far exceeded expectations! Chef Victoria was so organized and provided so much info. It was hands-on, and the 3 breads and the butters we made were delicious! Looking forward to trying more cooking adventures with Cozymeal.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!
