Accompany Chef James on a farmers' market tour, then prepare and enjoy a four-course lunch in his home.
Are you curious to learn about how a chef goes about choosing their ingredients? This is a great opportunity to shop with Chef James at the Ferry Plaza Farmers' Market, plan your meal and ultimately prepare a four-course lunch back at his home. The price includes all ingredients for the meal, an interactive cooking class and a seated lunch.
Upon meeting with Chef James, he will discuss various menu options based on seasonality and availability of ingredients and your own specific food interests. From there you will shop with him at his favorite farmers' market and later return to his home to prep and cook your lunch.
Chef James welcomes guests to bring wine and will be happy to make recommendations for pairings.
