For the first course, prepare a zesty and wholesome roasted vegetable frittata, followed by a sweet and spicy Asian quinoa salad. Continue your experience with a robust pecan crunch salmon. Your class concludes with nutritious and scrumptious raw fig bars.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had so much fun cooking together with Jessica! Great new ideas for us to use in our own cooking at home, and a well-organized event. Though we thoroughly enjoyed the meal, we would recommend either the soup, main dish, side dish, or dessert not to include coconut milk, as the meal was quite heavy. Also, we did not receive the chef's phone number, even though customer service told us we would receive it when I called to ask for it. That being said, we would definitely recommend Jessica and Cozymeal to others!

Chef Jessica Is a very straightforward cook. She uses simple recipes, good ingredients that anyone can employ once you learn. It's such an eye-opening class too because I don't get into the kitchen thinking, "Oh, I'll just make some thai food!" but now I can! Excellent chef, excellent class.
